The impact of a changing climate, the dangers of air quality and the impact of the indoor environment on our health are all areas in which the evidence is growing, and in which the dangers for lung health are becoming more apparent.
FRESH AIR’s focus on these topics means that all the findings and learnings from the project will further strengthen the global view on these issues.
This FRESH AIR newsletter will look at some of the latest publications in the field, and will address how FRESH AIR is progressing as it starts to see some real results.

ELF patient factsheets now available in Vietnamese
Patient factsheets produced by the European Lung Foundation are now available in Viatnamese – thanks to the support of Professor Anh-Tuan Dinh-Xuan and his colleagues in Vietnam.
All ELF factsheets are co-produced with experts at the European Respiratory Society and people with lung conditions.
Now that these factsheets are available in the local language, they can now be used as part of the FRESH AIR project in Vietnam.
Upcoming events
As FRESH AIR enters its final year, there will be plenty of abstracts of emerging findings presented at the IPCRG World Conference in Porto. The meeting will take place from 31 May – 2 June 2018 at the Alfândega Congress Centre.
