1.      Noting of audited Accounts and Annual Report for 2009 (2)

5.      Appointment and remuneration of Auditor: Scott Moncrieff

6.      Subscriptions for 2011:

1.      Ordinary members: zero

2.      Associate corporate members: to keep 2009/10 rates: 35,000 euro

7.      Election of Treasurer:  The current Treasurer, Associate Professor Ron Tomlins, is eligible for re-election

8.      Special resolution: This special resolution will only be put to the members of IPCRG if the passing of

the special resolution has first been approved by the Office for Scottish Charities Regulator (OSCR) (3)

9.      Review of membership: election of

1.      Members: there are no associate members applying for Ordinary Membership

2.      Associate Members: corporate – to note 2010 members

3.      Associate Members: Invited specialists

4.      Associate Members: Invited international organisations
